Urgent prayer requests

Just going through a rough time and in need of some prayers/good vibes/kind words. I am so thankful for all of you here and I need some words of wisdom or something without having to get into detail right now.

God, grant me the serenity. To accept the things I cannot change. Courage to change the things I can. And wisdom to know the difference. (saying 100 more times)

"Breathe. You’re going to be okay. Breathe and remember that you’ve been in this place before. You’ve been this uncomfortable and anxious and scared, and you’ve survived. Breathe and know that you can survive this too. These feelings can’t break you. They’re painful and debilitating, but you can sit with them and eventually, they*will pass. Maybe not immediately, but sometime soon, they are going to fade and when they do, you’ll look back at this moment and laugh for having doubted your resilience. I know it feels unbearable right now, but keep breathing, again and again. This will pass. I promise it will pass."

Sending prayers and peace your way too.

As hard as life seems, as unfair, complicated,
the power of prayers do and will help ease
emotional pain, discomfort and disbelief.

I have also prayed the Serenity Prayer a million
times plus and continue to do so some many
yrs. sober down the road. I find living on lifes
terms, accepting people, places and things
a struggle and can get out of sync or the rythem
of life.

Praying and getting back into my spiritual
mode can help me get back on trac and continue
on my recovery journey in life with a little
better ease and acceptance.

When I turn my will and life over and
place it into the Hands of my HP then
eventually, in His time, something awesome
can and will happen. Everything in my life
up to today has happened for a reason.

Today I try not to question motives
or reason why, but to allow what needs
to happen happen. That it is meant to be.

As long as I do my part in life which to
remain sober by incorporating tools and
knowledge of a recovery program taught
to me 25 yrs ago into my everyday affairs
and to continue to pass on my own ESH -
experiences, strengths and hopes of what
my life was and is like before, during and
after my drinking career to others still
struggling with addiction, then I will be
taken care of accordingly.

So far the promises are continuing to
transpire in my life slowly but surely
as promised to us and stated in our Big
Book of Alcoholics Anonymous.

No matter how hard it gets, never
waver in your Faith and Recovery
program.
