Q: What is a “sticky and how do I find them”?

A: A sticky is a thread that the members found exceptionally informative and helpful. We collect them and place them at the top of each forum.

Q: Where do I find my “Private Messages”?

A: Look in the upper right corner of your screen, just above “Chat Room” and underneath “Get Help”. Click on the “Private Messages” text and that will take you to them.
