Until my next meeting....
I've been listening to the Alanon speakers on YouTube pretty much whenever I'm alone in the house.
I listened to this one today.

It's long. 2 1/2 hours. But it's so good! It might all be old news to those who have been here longer than me, but I got so much out of it. I was furiously scribbling notes throughout.
