I read Codependent No More a few years ago and I remember reading it and relating to so many of the situations described in it. But I felt like I got to the end with no action items.
Maybe I just wasn't ready for it then.
I just ordered that and also the updated one, The New Codependency
Have any of you read that one? What are your thoughts on it, compared to the original?
