Free Meditation Series - Starts Nov 2nd

These are really well-produced 20 minute meditation series to try. The 21 days are free while the session is active. I highly recommend them - especially if you wanted to try meditation.

~~bump~~ I signed up when I got the email alert this morning, these are wonderful sessions to help build the habit of daily meditation. It really helped my meditative muscle memory.

I really need to try this....to be honest I am totally the chick in Eat, Pray,Love when she attempts to meditate....ah!! Need to find my center and give this a shot. Going to sign up! Thanks for posting, CodeJob.
