Last night the ambulance came for my neighbor. I had mentioned to my RAH that she didn't look well when I last spotted her walking. I told him I was concerned she had relapsed.

RAH went over and offered help to her husband, but he politely shut him out.

Hopefully she'll find her way and she will undertake more intensive treatment this time.

That is sad. Sad for her, and sad for her husband who is clearly not in a position to accept that help.
