How does Karma points work??
Seems to be just a bit of fun we're having. Look to the left of the triangle, there, you will see a flower thingy, click on it to give someone points, click on the green button next to your post count to see your status.
Your karma points increase by how much karma you give, get, and the posts you reply to. There are other factors, to many to mention that give you additional points. But it's just something we're trying out, and may not even last long.. we shall see what the boss say's. *S*

You use the little grey scale under a person's name to give or take "karma" points from them. If you like one of their posts give them some and you can send a little not with. Or take them away if they're being rude.
Giving or taking karma points is anonymus unless you put your name in the message.
The little green boxes will vary depending on how many karma points a person has and if you hold your mouse over them it will tell you a little quote that gives you and idea of how many points they have.
If you click on your own green boxes it will tell you how many karma points you have and I think it will take you to your received messages too. Good luck send me a PM if you have any questions I'm pretty familiar with the Karma thing from another board I hang out on.
