My emotions are all over the place
 

Just when I think I have myself in check and I am dealing with thing in a healthy manner, I crash. Earlier today I was just thinking how good emotionally I am handling all the ups and downs of this divorce. I'm not sure what triggers this fear but at this moment I'm all over the place.

He was outside talking to his mom and stepdad for a long time. I thought for a mineut I would try to listen but then I wondered why bother, they can plot all they want. I don't want to know.

His parents have money and are offen snobby and love to dangle money in front of stbxah who always takes the bait and stbxah would make plans with his mom and use it to make me look bad. (You were there when we were making the plans you should of known- yes I was there and you and your mom snuck off to make plans in a different room)

Anyways this has left me a little unsettled tonight sorry I'm babbling.

cricket that would make me feel bad too. They are pathetic with their little plans and plots. Just tell yourself you'll be out of it soon.

Being emotional about an emotional topic is not failing in any way.

It is being in touch with your feelings, your reality etc.

I had to learn that for me to get better I had to feel, it was only after I felt something that I could let it go.

Cricket is there a time frame on when you will no longer be sharing the same living space? I would personally find it unbearable to be living together through a divorce, so to my eyes it is perfectly normal that your emotional state would be chaotic at best.
