Is this issue worth breaking NC?? Please guide me.
There are others here who have stayed and are doing well. Not many most people when things get good leave.
Even for myself I don't post threads that much. So if you read through mine there is not as much about what happened after as there was during.

The choice is yours, but from your story - contacting this guy would be a bit like an alcoholic in the early stages of recovery having a double vodka.
Sure, he's addicted to alcohol, but it sounds as though you're addicted to him.
I think you already know what you should be doing if you wish to continue your recovery...

Just a thought--when you resolved the chair mystery, you opened dialogue by asking him about them. I know you ran into him and only talked about the chairs. But opening that conversation isn't really NC. Leaving it alone and walking the other way would have been.
The chairs may have been a good excuse to speak to him that day-- I do think you are battling with yourself on the NC.
