I often like to get on YouTube on my phone and plug it in to my car with an auxiliary cord to listen while I drive. I haven't read her book, yet, but just listening to her talk is therapeutic. Hope some of you get the chance! She really gets into what it feels like to be a codependent, what we do... she totally relates too.
