Just for today...

We can pave the way for calm, reasonable communication only if we first find healthy outlets for our own negative feelings.
And when I let go of those negative feelings, it'd be really helpful to fully let them go and stop picking them back up.

Just for today I'm going to find healthy outlets for my negative feelings.

Just for today, I will work diligently and enjoy the moment I am in.

I hit an afternoon lull. Working diligently now and for the rest of the day will make tomorrow much better. Enjoying the moment I'm in will make today much better!
