What an excellent idea for a thread!

Just for today, I will work at a reasonable pace for a reasonable amount of time, letting the things that can wait till tomorrow WAIT till tomorrow. I will feel content with what I have accomplished instead of beating myself up for not doing more.

Just for tonight, these next 12 hours, I will have love, compassion, gentleness and respect for myself. I won't worry about tomorrow or the day after that. If I work my program, the moments will take care of the days - I can choose to let go and let God.

Just for today, I will celebrate the tiniest of victories and steps on my road to recovery, as if they are a grand important monumental achievement. And I will forgive myself that they are tiny.
