My husband (we have a 6 month old boy) is 3 days home from rehab. I've been great but today I had to miss my alanon meeting. And I'm obsessing over whether or not he is lying to me? If I really work on Myself and try my hardest got take the focus off of him will this obsession end? I hate it. It's ruining my day. He will lie to me regardless if I ask him if he is or if I internalize it all day. So it doesn't matter I should just let it go. Anyone want to talk off this ledge? thanks
