Is He On A Binge , or ignoring me for other reason?

I hope you are doing better today. I know for me that when I am the one "in control" as in my choice not to call or not to have contact. I'm very strong with it all. But when I suddenly realize that in actuality it isn't my choice, he is the one not calling or contacting me, than all of a sudden I'm not so fine and I have that anxiety and hurt again. Maybe this is what you are experiencing. Maybe if you try to make the choice for no contact, then his not returning our texts won't bother you so much. Just a thought.

That's exactly how I'm feeling. I feel strong and indignant one moment and shattered and panicky the next. He and I were in contact every day before this.
For a couple of days a week ago I couldn't really eat, that is how I know I am really stressed, ofcourse I am such a fan of food, that's really saying something about how it affected me.
I'm fine now ofcourse with eating.

yesterday i started texting him BUT i stopped myself, i thought whats the point, he is enjoying the attention. Last time i contacted him was a message on Friday.
He has been on facebook today , and i think maybe read my 3 messages, i am not sure, but and hasnt deleted me, but hasnt replied either. Thats the first time ive seen any sign of him
