So I'm having issues with adding pictures. I will keep trying

my mom already wants to re-do the entire kitchen (shes an interior designer) which thankfully is tiny lol!

Inspection is Friday! I'm nervous! I am hoping funding goes through smoothly! I am getting a grant to go towards my downpayment and that is would work out great...I have some in savings I was going to use but I like having some money for emergencies and little fix ups!
