I get a daily email from another recovery site. Today's topic was "Courage." I really thought this quote was great and wanted to share it here:

I need to print this out and place it where I can see it many times a day. A good day doesn't mean I've arrived and it's going to be all roses from here on in; a bad day doesn't mean I've screwed up terminally and nothing will ever be right again...

And on we trudge, right?
