No I don't....

I think it all stems from the small ice storm that moved thru here on Tuesday night. I WFH yesterday - no issues but today we have a two hour delay for schools. I am off my routine for a couple of days and I am trying to get back on track.

Isn't it amazing how one or two days off routine throws you off? Well I can only speak for myself. When my AH behaves this way it ticks me off, thinking to myself - he needs to get a grip - HA, I see my own behavior in him and it ticks me off. WOW!

Wait a minute - did I just admit to a short coming???

Yes - sorry - I was just "talking out loud" I guess. I probably should just delete this - is there a way??

Knowthetriggers....It is o.k. to talk out loud, of course!
I was just trying to clarify (for myself) if you were talking about general or acute anxiety of the panic attack variety. Now--it is clarified. No further problema...LOL!
