aboutdone, I cannot wait for the day when I no longer hate him. He has been through rehab, AA, etc. This last time, he was on medication that would make him sick if he drinks, regularly attended AA meetings, etc. He wanted to move back in with our son and myself. I told him that we'd see in 6 months...but then I relented, because he was doing so well, and I had so much hope. I did not trust my instincts. And I should have. At this point, too much damage has been done for me to forgive him.

Nerdly (love love LOVE your name), if he tried to force you to have sex, you do realize he can be charged with attempted sexual assault? If you don't want to charge him with a criminal offense, it would still be a basis for a protective order.
