How cool is it to see that each of us DO do things for ourselves... especially after realizing how much we may have lost in giving too much of ourselves in our dysfunctional relationships... Good stuff. Really good stuff here ;-)

Yeah it was good, think I will go back and listen to it again. I miss my weed for things like that, my only friend. It was a bittersweet listen, one half of me was thinking wait heres the way out and the other half was like you absolute tit you were doing this stuff before and you let it slide.

Only have alcohol and myself to blame for that, at least I know this now. No more relapse, peace

I love this thread!! It lifts my spirits just reading every positive thing you all are doing for yourselves. Today I forgot my lunch at home, and instead of turning to fast food I went to the grocery store and picked up some blueberries and carrots and hummus instead. I was very proud of myself. Tonight I am enjoying my neighborhood Bunco get together with the ladies and starting to pack my house for the big move.

I am stuffing my face with mac-and-cheese and exorcising my demons through the power of DANCE! Because I am alone in the office most of the day and I can

Love this thread. I am about to take a long power hike on this beautiful, cold, gray January day.

I just looked these up and I am SO getting some of these!

I am also ten!

I am also guilty of the save for a special occasion person. I have no idea why.

I also love to crochet and have made many afghans but I always give them away. I am making one now and it is just for me!

LOL...This is awesome! I just sang the entire song "Joline" in my office, with my 6 coworkers listening (by force), just because I can. So they would have it in their heads too and we can all sing together!

Feeling happy to have a great office to work in!
