I just found this...I kinda like it. I think there is a reason for fear and most of the time we figure it out WAY after we have faced it!

Nice look at what fear really is. I need to make sticky notes of these and put them on my bathroom mirror!

I wrote mine in the front cover of my Courage to Change Book but I like the sticky note idea!

No you are not alone. Fear and worry fight over who will drive my mind today. It has been a battle for me for years but I am slowly fighting back, One Day At A Time!
