I don't post often but I read posts each day. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who are sharing your stories. Each one reminds me of why I came to Al-Anon to start with and how far I have come and how much work I have to do!

I've been feeling the same gratitude to the people here on the SR forum. I have found that the combination of Al-Anon, SR and counseling has helped me immensely - each with their own benefits.

I'm still here 8 or 9 years after my first post, just as I'm still in Al-Anon, and for exactly that reason.

Even if I'm out of the situation that brought me here, it's still a part of my history, and I still learn and grow from all of you sharing your stories. Thank you.
