OT/Shameless

I just saw that "Shameless"...the tv show starring William Casey...about a young girl (young adult) who is trying to hold her family together in the face of the ravages of her alcoholic father (and, mostly absent, mentally ill mother)is starting the new season on Jan. 11th!

Just a heads up to any other fans.

I, personally, adore this show!

William Casey or William H Macy? I think he is a great actor. Seems like a nice guy too.

I just started watching on Netflix and I was wondering what everyone else thought also.

Seeing the "drama" personified on this show is helping me to really "get" why I was so off kilter in my relationship.....

Just a warning on this one. It does show a lot of drinking. In bars, at home, etc. so if someone stumbles onto this thread who is not a friends and family but are a newly sober person it could trigger you. That being said, the characters on this show are very vivid.
