My Ex's Newly Discovered Con
This past week has been very enlightening. I've discovered that my ex has two very distinct personalities, the one I get to see and the other "public one."
The past 10 months, I have been treated to a personality I call "Daddy Eeyore," after the sad, little donkey. My ex has had me convinced that he is a brittle, broken little thing on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Of course, Daddy Eeyore, like his equine cousins, can kick if provoked.
Daddy Eeyore has been suffering intensely, and it is all my fault. He didn't even have enough money to send me a Christmas card. His hopes of anything good have been dashed, and he might lose his house because of me. Oh, I forgot, Jackasses also bite sometimes.
Turn the prop around, and you get a lucid, friendly individual taking trips in his RV. He also has plenty of funds to do all kinds of neat improvements on it. How do I know all this? Let's just say that technology is a wonderful thing!
I have a feeling that 2015 will be a year where I gain much clearer thinking, and get all my heart back. Thanks to all you friends here and my Higher Power.

Don't worry about your X, a lot of women (like us?) are suckers for crying jackasses and one of them is bound to try to rescue him and take him of your hands anytime soon

I think mine has the split personality too. Feel sorry for me, but is so busy partying and have a great time. Double life.
I did get a call from my daughter that my X had a temp and was heading to bed at about10:30. Times have changed. Last year he left me on new years to go to a friends, but he would be home before midnight. Lucky me. Not this year.
It will be a better year for both of us!!
