Struggling
 

My RABF and I had a good Christmas - quiet but good (was our first together) but noticing he seems depressed - told him I am there if he wants to chat. I totaaly get that - 6 weeks into ED recovery I atruggled - lack of normal coping mechanisms etc.

We have financial issues as BF signed medically unfit & benefits centre taking ages to sort out - I lose my job on the 9th Jan too.

Ironically we have both been ill too - sobreity taking it out on both physically & mentally. Looking forwad to his therapy starting snd me going to family group.

A lot of work ahead, but you are on course.

Remember if we could or had to do this all ourselves . . . . we would not need Steps 1, 2, and 3.
