Hi and thankyou am doing ok so far!
There is a lot to my story that no one knows, keeping secrets is what we do! One day I will share but for the moment I will say that finding SR has helped made me stronger in the few days I've been here and I am grateful to you all xx

So true. Ive been here only 2-3 weeks and it has made such a difference in my life. I no longer feel trapped or overwhelmed. I now know what people mean when they say they have their power back. I know, mostly, what things are ok and what isnt. And I am practicing on recognizing those old patterns of thinking so I can stop it, make the appropriate space and continue moving forward with my life. It'll just take some time to learn to step out of myself in the moment when I'm angry or sad or whatever, and recognize that getting emotional AT him is a waste of time. It hurts, it's exhausting, and it's a total waste of energy. The people here on SR get that. Hearing I wasn't alone or going insane goes a long way! These folks have given me the knowledge and encouragement to keep my life intact. Just invaluable stuff! Also I deactivated my facebook account a couple weeks ago, so this is what I peruse now lol. Much healthier
