Hi..I thought I'd drop by again. ..I remember the first time I came here seeking advice on how to deal with abf. At the time I remember thinking that some of the advice seemed harsh and that my situation was different :) I'm ten months single and have learnt so much about myself these past few months thanks to myself, my good friends, this forum, mediation and counselling. I just wanted to say that it does get better to those on here who are struggling with the confusion, betrayal, heart break and sadness. It doesn't happen overnight and takes some dedication to yourself but it's soooo worth it :)

I would venture to guess that you're... far from alone in that reaction. I know that's how I felt. Like people didn't understand because my situation was different... ;)
