Deepak and Oprah have periodically been offering these programs. They are about 20 min QD and well produced. A perfect opportunity to try meditating.

You must be a spokesperson for them:) I have read several recs you make for their meditations. I actually downloaded Deepak "Blissful Sleep" per your and Stung's rec.

Just signed up, CodeJob. I've dabbled w/meditation but have never done it consistently; I'm interested in seeing what a couple weeks of regular practice might start...

Awesome-I saw discussion on this earlier, but was not able to participate. After my mindfulness training last spring I committed myself to regular practice, but have definitely fallen off the wagon on this past 6-8 weeks, and I could really use it!
