Well, I sent an email to AW. In it I told her that my heart is not into doing the work to rebuild our relationship and for both our sakes we should part ways now and stop with our expectations of each other.
It took me half the day to work up the courage to hit send. I am fully expecting a full on assault of my character as a response. Going to need strength and support to get past these next few days. Thanks. :)

Good for you. If you do get some onslaught of criticism, or begging, whatever, just move right past it. See it as an expected part of the reaction that will improve with time.

Same here, why should I put WORK into something they are clearly not willing to do their part ? Work requires two and I'm an island.

Well I'm going to see Interpol in concert tonight so that's one thing I am doing for me. I wish I had a decoder ring but my secret is I just don't believe anything she says.
That's what was the hardest thing to get past is I know what her response will be like, I also know I don't have to respond. It's still not fun to read that stuff though. Thanks guys :)

I love them too. Right when I started liking them a lot they had just gone on hiatus. I told myself 4 years ago, if they ever come here again I'm going. Really looking forward to it!
