Just purchased Codependent No More & the Workbook
 

I've seen this mentioned frequently in association with Al-Anon (although I don't think it's an official title?). I took advantage of my Amazon Prime trial for free two-day shipping and figured what the hell.

Anyone here have experiences with it?

That book changed my life. I LOVE Melody Beattie - Codependent No More is one of the best books written on the topic. You'll love it!

I found Melody Beattie's writing style very welcoming. I read the book, then I turned around and read it with a highlighter. Not every chapter applied to me, but in fact I was thinking I should re-read it now that I am now a year + down the road...

I really like her daily reader too called Language of Letting Go. I first got it from my library but soon bought my own copy. I carried it everywhere for a year.

What was the workbook called? I need one

It had the same name.

I love this book soooo much. I bought the audio tooo.
