Butterfly

So it was recently suggested to me that I should change my username as confused39 didn't really fit anymore and I had been thinking that for a while too. So I have changed it to butterfly and the reason I chose this was the butterfly symbolises a journey of transformation. If we think about how a butterfly grows it starts as a caterpillar crawling very slowly before it enters a cocoon of deep meditation and the letting go of fears and worries before being released into a beautiful butterfly free from what has been holding her back. I'm not at the butterfly stage yet still in my cocoon but one day soon I will be a beautiful butterfly free to fly!!

Also, the butterfly cannot be released from its cocoon too soon or it will not be able to fly. The tight cocoon provides resistance against which the butterfly's growing wings must push in order to be strong enough to fly.
