Well my Ah really showed himself tonight. I felt him yelling curse words at me , telling me I ruined his life (cuz I made him drink and act like that), lost his keys to his work truck(which he hid but somehow it will be my fault if he gets fired), breaking our things was enough. I took my 3 boys to a hotel. I did not fight w/an unreasonable person. I acted completely different than I have in the past!i know I'll have to go back but for the night I'm ok!

Hugs Hbk. I've been there. Enjoy the peace and get some sleep if you can.
My ex would black out hide things all the time, then accuse us of stealing it when he couldn't find it.

I will have to go back at least for a while. It has been weighing heavily on my mind and heart. I'm currently making plans to leave for good.

Good for you keeping yourself and your boys safe. I have had to leave with the kids too. I know the questions can be hard but you did the right thing. Please be careful when you go back. Sending hugs to all of you!!!

We went back to grab some clothes. Going to stay with my gma for a couple of days at least. I didn't fight and usesd "no" as a complete sentence. Even with all the "I'm sorry I'm done drinking" harping in my ear.

I notice your first two postings are from 2011 when he was leaving rehab and lapsed right away.

Ya I've been dealing with this for a while. Things mellowed out for about a yr then I have recently been reliving my codependent nightmare! I'm working hard on my issues one of those being not accepting misplaced guilt!
