I know I have a long ways to go but I have 3 days of no contact and I'm in the process of completing another day... He's been calling/texting alot... It's really really hard, but I know if I pick up I will be back in the chaos and that is not where I am headed... Thanks for all the support and shares, they really do help..

Is it possible for you to block his calls and texts so that you don't have to have them interfere with your day? (((hugs))))

Hang in there. I should get easier at some point. Revel in the peacefulness and try and block calls and texts if you can.

I agree with with lillamy, can you block his calls and texts. Sometimes texts wont block . I saw somewhere that if your texts tdo not block then you should reply with " The text you have sent has been blocked by the receiver" or something similar. Every time they text , reply with the same sentence , hopefully that will take care of it . Of course it might take a few or several texts from you stating the same thing ... Good luck I feel you pain.
