Me too Bullfrog. Some of them make me think about my reactions to adversity in a different way. Some, on that website specifically, remind me to not discount the simple ways to be happy.

In the "10 Choices You Will Regret" article, I think #8 was my favorite:

8. Settling for less than you deserve. – Be strong enough to let go and wise enough to wait for what you deserve. Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been to stand up taller than you ever were before. Sometimes your eyes need to be washed by your tears so you can see the possibilities in front of you with a clearer vision again. Don’t settle.

This is so, so true in my experience--there is a world so much wider and varied, w/so many more choices and possibilities, than I have ever imagined, and until "my eyes were washed w/tears", I simply didn't see them...
