sunday---LOL....I'll help you a little bit.
First of all --the players go back to their "old" girlfriends and give the sob story and get their shelter there.
Some go to mamma's basement (unless she has joined alanon..LOL).
Some go to a local shelter where they can get food and lodging
Some go to the Salvation Army--which I feel is a wonderful organization--a motivated person can find any kind of help they need, there. And, that includes free rehab for those who really want it!!
Some go to camp grounds in the warmer climates. Some go to homeless colonies and kind of do a group living.
Some go couch surfing with their contacts and friends--if they haven't burned all their bridges.
Some live in their cars;RV's; abandoned houses; sleep on park benches and under bridges, etc.
And, there is always social services...the more traditional route.
It is amazing how resourceful a person becomes in order to survive when push comes to shove.
