A reminder regarding posts.

Post only your personal experience with the original question in a thread. Nothing more.

If your emotions are stirred by your experience with the original question do not post. Take a walk, turn off the computer, come back tomorrow and post on a different thread where you can say something positive and hopeful.

Opinions, advice, judgments, derogatory remarks and insinuations are not allowed. We can get those for free from our alcoholic / addicted spouses, we don't need strangers on the internet for that purpose.

Posts and threads that fail to meet this rule will be removed.
