I'm working right now but I read these both at lunch. I am sure no two stories are the same. The one on invalidation,
It goes along with being ignored and judged, he does it silently.
Whew! I just need to let this sit with me.
My mother its a narcissist, and I have also learned about this behavior there. It is also called dismissive.

I know some women that gaslight every one close to them, not just my mom. I had to stop my relationship with her, after my brother, committed suicide. He dissapeared from my life 20 years ago. I tried our whole life to protect him. He was a drug addict. She kept trying to blame me for his death.Gaslighting is a narcissistic behavior as well.
