Court Tomorrow

Finally after 7 months of craziness, we finally have court tomorrow. I think my biggest challenge will be how I react to AXBF statement.

I just hope everything goes well but I'm nervous and a little sad. I'm nervous because anything can happen. I'm sad because we are going through the court system.

Best luck to you, christina! Sending good thoughts and prayers your way. Let us know how it went when you have some time this weekend.

I did feel a little intimidated at first since my XABF came with 5 of his family members. I'm sure they heard from the first time what was really going on. And of course they didn't say a word to me.

I'm glad that is over it. Definitely felt like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Thank you all!

During court xabf stated that's he's been advised from his doctors to stay away from me and that's why he doesn't see or speak to me.

So today xabf flipped some switch and all of a sudden calls me. Tells me how he will be at our sons doctors appointments and therapy sessions. I just said ok since I know it won't last long.

Hee hee hee this made me chuckle a bit. I guess if the Doctor says you can't participate with the mother of your child in caring for that child then the Court agrees - that was nice of him to say might have made things a bit easier for the Judge.

Glad you came out on top.

Exactly! The judge told xabf to get all the help he needs, so he can start making it to our sons appointments. The judge stated I can't court order you to make you be there.

I don't now much about your situation, but I do value a child. They are the future. So, with that being said, take care of yourself and son
