Take a look at Talbott Recovery Center in Georgia. A highly regarded treatment program that will handle Detox and also Dual Diagnosis.
They have saved the lives of several of my clients. I believe they require a minimum 90 day stay they do nothing less they don't think less than 90 days effective. I have known someone to be there for as long as 6 months to a year.
