I get what people are saying about not depriving the kids of Grandma, but you have a yea vote from me on taking a no contact detox time. I guess you'd have to gauge it by what the baseline is right now and the kids' reactions to not seeing her. So, it would depend on the frequency of being together that the kids are used to now; whether they ask to see her or when they're going to see her again.

There's always limited contact, which is what I have to do with my XA. I would do NC, but it just wouldn't work for trying to coordinate coparenting.

And there's always the power of "No." If you anticipate a fit from your mom, maybe be prepared with some spiritual armor and just let the arrows fly knowing that they won't pierce you. Remember the truth of you, the people who believe in you and the Higher Power that believes in you. Wow! More advice I could take from myself!
