He has no concept of "manners"...you know, once you take of the rose colored glasses and stop thinking "what if", you really will be in a better place.
You deserve respect and love, not upset, turmoil and a knot in your stomach...Once you can get past the worrying and wondering, you can be receptive and open to a healthy relationship...
Sometimes we keeping needing to do, do, do for others, when we really should be doing for ourselves.
take that "gift basket" $$$ (what grown man needs an Easter basket, the only thing he is interested in is if a bottle was hiding there) and spend it on YOURSELF. how about a facial? a professional massage and pedicure?

It's a lovely thought, I just worry that breaking the no contact would send the wrong message and be trouble down the road.
Myself, I always overtip when eating out..that's my thing.
