The "Program" that is.
Yunno, (or maybe you do not -- I did not really know) Going to the Meetings is Not Really the Program. Working the Steps is the Program. I can say that now since I am doing the Steps, I guess.

Hammer's Character Defects . . . .
1. Arrogance -- (Who Me? I know, shocking but true)
2. Crooked -- (yeah, I am a contractor. What can I say?)
3. Foul -- (grown ups do not talk and act like this . . . )
4. Passive -- (do not even know how to make a joke and brush by this)

the program finally started working for me, too. but only after I tried to rewrite the steps, change the traditions, and update the big book to truly reflect the alcoholic. I was really wore out.
