Ahhh, since you had your non fat cappuccino, (my fav too!) and your walk, there's room for the added calories of birthday cake

This day has been pure bliss. I cannot remember such a pleasant day. Even the weather is beautiful.
Normally I have smoked salmon on a bagel for my birthday breakfast. Wasn't hungry this morning, so I opted for ... a shot of wheatgrass mixed with mango and apple juice... I swear that gave me a super boost (in addition to the caffeine), so my walk became a run listening to awesome music. That really loosened me up for the massage (is a massage tester a job? if so, that will be next in my career). Had shrimp salad for lunch (one of my faves) and Thai later for dinner. I feel so blessed today.
