I'm in a similar situation. My AH has a porn/sex addiction. He is the one who says it is an addiction & it's been going on for years. I feel your pain. I have been going to Al-Anon to get support for BOTH issues because I also could not find a better alternative in my area. I think Al-Anon has the tools. CODA may be helpful (heard good things & considered attending myself). I know having a sponsor in Al-Anon has been the biggest support for me navigating this issue. I call my sponsor everyday & it's helped me get perspective & take better care of myself & work through some of the pain & frustration.
