Reporting abusive neighbors?
How do you do this? Anonymously, of course. But I don't really have evidence, I just hear the yelling through the walls. It's a man, a dad, yelling at one or both of his kids (he yells at them a lot, I think the mom does too). I just heard him yell, "if you open this door I'll punch your f**king head in"...apparently, the man came home from work and wanted to lie down after being at work all day, but the kids were just being kids, "bothering" him, etc. And he got mad, started yelling and a kid started crying. I could hear like banging noises and stuff.

If it were me and I heard physical violence, I would call 911.
Other than that, I would probably call child protective services.
It is hard to hear things like that happening next door. I have been in your shoes.
