Mango blast

Dead tired last night and then laid awake most of the night not being able to sleep. Today was really good in spite of that. I was able to see so many things we're doing right together and as a family. It's good to see some positive things there. Then I had some quiet time to balance out and approach our afternoon session with less emotional baggage. Eye opening on how much I throw myself under the bus and negate my self worth.

Day 4 is our final day of family week. Looking forward to it. Then back to the world at home and continuing my own journey of self healing outside this incubator. AH has two more weeks here.

I'm so glad it's helping you. I went to Family week with feet dragging, totally angry. I left there with a new outlook, and some new peace.
