Sticky on the subject of "No Contact"
 

I have made a sticky on the subject of "No Contact". Many thanks to the members who contributed, and to nbay2013 for bringing to my attention the need for that sticky. It' actually three threads, all very positive and informative, in the section titled "About Recovery".

Are there any other subject for which we lack a sticky? If they are just add a post to this thread so that I know what material needs to be gathered.

Thank you for the sticky, I recently put an order of protection against my ah and it's only a couple days old and for some reason I want to just "check on him" by calling. Your timely posting has helped me today.
