I read, do pilates and yoga, knit. cross stitch, and I got myself one of those LED light gel manicure kits. I treat myself to a manicure every week or so now. I also got Netflix. Writing in a journal is good too.
I change my nail polish every 2-3 days. It's therapeutic for me. I try to relax when I can, but that's hard with five kids and a hubby who works odd hours. He's never home when the kids and I are awake. I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder and depression, so despite my desire to do more yoga or really anything that makes me happy, I just get all down in the dumps and don't do it. I need to work on that.
