Done stickied under "About Recovery"

jarp? You mentioned in your original post that you had not been able to find this topic in the stickies, and now I go and put your thread in the stickies. Sorry :(

... but maybe this way people will be able to find the topic after all :)

Mike :)

No matter how big your problems are, you're just a small part of this world--the same decaying organic matter as everything else.

While I have not yet been to Alanon (my semester is over next week and then I will have time!), I've thought a lot about my HP. I think this is it. Florence puts it nicer, though. :)

Have never seen anyone Bible Thumped in AA or especially Alanon.

Would actually think that would be looked upon lower than about anything.

Kind of defeats the entire "of our own understanding" part of the statement.

But really I think folks on many sides just think too much.

If our best thinking brought us to this situation -- maybe our best thinking aint so good.
