At my al-anon meetings, at the very end we all say, "Keep coming back, it works. Eventually." Has anyone else been to meetings where they add the "eventually" part? I'm just curious.

No, I've never heard that. We say "Keep coming back, it works if you work it and you're worth it." Never heard the "eventually" part.

At the end of Celebrate Recovery its "Dont quit until the Miracle happens and then don't quit"

Do you think maybe it's because people come there (like I did) expecting quick results? And the "eventually" is there to remind people that Things Take Time?

Yeah I figured that much, it's just interesting how it might be unique to the one particular group.

My group ends with "keep coming back." That's it, nothing else. Groups have flexibility with the closing.
