alternative to al anon?
Hi can anyone recommend/advise me of a meeting I can attend (even an online one)? Due to my work days, being a single mum and lack of. Family support I have been unable to attend upto now and even thought my work days are altering slightly from next week it will still be at least 3 weeks until I can make one. I live in the UK by the way.
